Before you buy
- Start with the product details you already have.
- Put the ordering unit beside each quantity.
- Confirm what is included before accepting a quote.
You can begin before your list is complete
A clear enquiry helps a supplier identify the products you want and prepare a useful quote. You do not need a finished spreadsheet to start. At Legendary TCG Wholesale, you can contact our assistant on WhatsApp with a question, a photo or the product details you already have.
As the conversation develops, add the references, quantities and destination. These details make the reply more specific to your purchase.
Describe the lot, not just the total
For a same-card request, identify the exact language, set, card number and agreed variant. For a varied character selection, state the number of distinct references and the copies wanted of each. The two examples below are buying briefs; composition and supply need confirmation.
Put each proposed reference on its own line with quantity and condition, or describe the composition and duplicate rules you need. Keep sealed requests separate and label the purchasing unit as packs, boxes or cases. A partial list is enough to start the conversation.
Swipe or scroll sideways to see every column.
| Example request | Distinct cards | Copies per reference | Total cards |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 copies of the same Pikachu card | 1 | 100 | 100 |
| 30 different Pikachu cards, one each | 30 | 1 | 30 |
Identify the product and its language
For a single card, include its name, set or card number, language and any version requirements. “Pikachu, Simplified Chinese, 151C 171/151” is a useful identification example. Add the quantity and condition you are seeking; the reference alone does not establish current availability or the condition of any quoted card.
For sealed products, provide the name or product code and edition. A packaging photo can help when you know a product by a nickname. Our focus is Simplified Chinese singles and sealed products, alongside Japanese singles, so identify the language of each item in a mixed enquiry.
Put the unit beside the quantity
Write whether you want individual cards, packs, boxes or cases. Confirm the packaging count for the exact product rather than assuming every box contains the same number of packs.
If you are asking about cases, clarify whether you mean an original factory-sealed case or several boxes packed together for shipping. Keep each product and unit on its own line so quantities remain easy to check.
A message outline you can use
Start with “Hello, I am sourcing Pokémon TCG products for my business.” Then add whichever of these lines you can answer. You can copy the outline and replace the bracketed fields:
- Product or card reference: [name, code or photo].
- Language and edition: [requested card language and version].
- Quantity and unit: [number of cards, packs, boxes or cases].
- Condition or packaging requirements: [details that matter].
- Destination: [country or region].
- Preferred timing or questions: [what you would like to discuss].
Compare the reply on the same basis
Check the product reference, language, unit and quantity first. Then review the product subtotal, delivery charges, payment currency and any other applicable charges. Ask which amounts are included and which details still need agreement.
If a suggested alternative differs from your request, check that change before comparing prices. A different edition, condition or packaging unit can make two totals unsuitable for a direct comparison.
Agree the next step together
Our assistant will help clarify your requirements and the details of the quote. Availability and pricing are confirmed for your enquiry. Sending a message does not place an order or reserve stock; resolve the products, delivery arrangements and payment terms before proceeding.
